June 11-12, 2025

The TENTACLE consortium met in Pisa for its first progress meeting (M6), hosted by the University of Pisa. This in-person meeting marked a key moment to take stock of the work conducted in the first six months of the project and to coordinate on the activities ahead.

During the two-day agenda, representatives from several partner institutions — including the University of Würzburg, University of Pisa, University of Turin, ISS, and BeWarrant — presented updates on scientific progress, technical developments, regulatory perspectives, and dissemination and exploitation strategies.

The meeting allowed for constructive exchanges between work package leaders and fostered alignment on priorities for the next phase of the project. Topics addressed ranged from the development of biomaterials and tissue regeneration strategies to communication actions and stakeholder engagement.

The next six months will focus on advancing the technological components of the project, continuing stakeholder involvement, and further consolidating TENTACLE’s outreach activities.

The first project newsletter will follow shortly to summarise the progress made and upcoming steps.
